We can produce a range of initial designs that can be reviewed to select the most suitable design to progress with.

This can be done via hand sketches or a basic 3D model also referred to as a block model.

We are able to produce and modify files to support the manufacture of your design. These include:

DXF files for 2D cutting (laser, waterjet)

STEP files for 3D machining (milling)

STL files for 3D printing (FDM)

We can produce Bill of Materials in Solidworks or exported to Excel to give an itemised parts list for assemblies.

This can help with costings & order managemnet.

We produce individual parts, fasteners, off the shelf parts, wiring & pipework and combine them into a 3D assembly.

Adding in as much detail at this stage reduces risks when it comes to production & assembly, preventing clashes & tool access issues.

We have built up a great network of local manufacturers throughout our various projects and are able to support one off prototype manufacture, low volume production and look at improvements to reduce costs.

We take the final part designs and produce detailed drawings ready for quotation and or manufacture.

General assembly drawings can also be produced with exploded views, item balloons & BOM tables to assist with product assembly.

We can produce photo quality renderings of your final designs that can be used in presentations, websites and brochures, giving your customers a high quality representation before the product is manufactured.
